We're venturing south of the river to take part in Unwrapped in South Perth next Saturday as part of the City of South Perth Fiesta Festival. We're a bit worried about going "south of the river" but people say the water tastes different so we're willing to give it a try! (Only Perth people will understand this rivalry between North and South of the river!)
Saturday 6 March 2010
1:00pm - 6:00pm
Sir James Mitchell Park
South Perth Foreshore,
Between Mends and Coode Street Jetties
We spotted the first glimpse of our work that was featured in this new book "Patterns" by Macarena San Martin / Philippe De Baeck. Available at Boffins. It was featured on Print and Pattern blog here. Its a version of our Tree stripe coaster available in our shop.
You'll have to come to St. Jerome's Laneway Festival to get a first touch of these new leather ipod nano covers!.... of course you can put lots of other things in these pouches if you don't own a nano... keys, loose change, a small set of pencil crayons? Made in Perth (of course). Available from Saturday onwards.
Hope you all know about the Six Thousand website by now... if not you're missing out! Especially those new to Perth need to check out their cool website telling you about all those Perth hidden treasures & cool things to go see. They have sister sites for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide which are really worth checking out and a great way of writing that makes you chuckle!
They are also responsible for the Laneway Markets happening this Saturday at St Jerome's Laneway Festival so if you are lucky enough to have tickets we'll see you there. If not if you join up to their newsletter you could win two tickets to the Festival.
