Anyone getting married?

We have many people ask us if we do wedding stationery... unfortunately not! However these girls from Studio Bomba otherwise known as Mitchell and Dent have launched a range of wedding stationery. Here are a few of our favourite designs....

Inspiration to keep drawing

We all need a bit of inspiration to keep us drawing. Good back ground music helps too. We get quite a few emails from students asking for advice and I always say keep a sketch book and draw lots!!

Wooden brooches

Ok we're finally getting ourselves organised! Here is a few new wooden versions of our brooches.

Who are we?

Future Shelter is a small design and manufacturing workshop based in North Perth. Products are designed and made by a small team comprising of designers, makers and engineers.

The manufacturing workshop is situated behind the store on Angove St and includes equipment for screen printing, laser cutting, cnc and woodworking facilities, industrial sewing, heat presses, a digital ceramic decal printer and a kiln.

The company was established by husband and wife team designer Jane King and mechanical engineer Adam Coffey.
