Inspiration to keep drawing

We all need a bit of inspiration to keep us drawing. Good back ground music helps too. We get quite a few emails from students asking for advice and I always say keep a sketch book and draw lots!!

Days of Change - we've made a pledge

We have pledged to continue to increase the sustainability of our business. To track our progress visit daysofchange.org/littledesignhorse. This a really useful tool to make us think about how we can become more sustainable. We are very focussed on family life here in Perth.... let's help preserve the environment for future generations.

My favourite teapot & cup

I love this teapot! We love finding retro ceramics from second hand stores
and giving them a new life. We don't find it hard to contribute to our "Days of Change" pledge to "Buy secondhand" (for Days of change info see right and above)

Sophie and her first designs!

Last week we bought Sophie some great finger paints and a draw-on-your-own-mug kit from Ball and Skittle (down the road in Mount Hawthorn). She had such a good time we pretty much used all the paint in one sitting! The mugs worked out great and made a perfect Mother's Day pressie for Nanny!
