Future Shelter: Sophie and the tool shop

We're training sophie early and teaching her all about tools - she spends a lot of time watching us make things! I bought this pretty dress from the Perth Upmarket from Petit Cupcake.

Who are we?

Future Shelter is a small design and manufacturing workshop based in North Perth. Products are designed and made by a small team comprising of designers, makers and engineers.

The manufacturing workshop is situated behind the store on Angove St and includes equipment for screen printing, laser cutting, cnc and woodworking facilities, industrial sewing, heat presses, a digital ceramic decal printer and a kiln.

The company was established by husband and wife team designer Jane King and mechanical engineer Adam Coffey.
